My name is Kevin Wallace and my mission is to make guitar lessons a fun and engaging experience. The Six String Squad brings aspiring musicians together in a unique and exciting learning experience.
Guitar Beginner Classes for Children aged 8-12
Each fun class is filled with games, songs and projects designed to allow children to develop a good musical understanding and solid guitar playing skills. They also develop the ability to play music with others and make new friends.
Teen Classes
13-18
Learning a musical instrument is fun, especially when sharing the experience. Join the Six String Squad to connect with fellow musicians and learn together in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Adult Learning Experience

Empowering students to become their own Guitar Heroes
At Rossendale Guitar, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality guitar instruction and music education. my goal is to inspire and empower students to unlock their musical potential in a fun and supportive environment. Using well developed musical coaching skills you will be guided through your musical journey and taught not just how to do but to understand and ultimately take control of your own learning. With over 30 years of playing experience and 20 years teaching I understand what it takes to coach and guide you from complete beginner to becoming your own Guitar Hero. I began my journey with individual classical guitar lessons but right from the start was encouraged to take part in ensemble groups and later the "big band", at school i formed a rock band and spent a number of years jamming and performing with them. Since then my most amazing musical experiences have come through playing and performing with others, be that local rock bands, school projects, pit band performances (I love "school of rock") or in more recent years seeing the young bands that I have helped take their first steps in that same journey.
I know that becoming a musician is a personal journey but it is important to share the journey with a strong and supportive community. I have been lucky to have that support over the years and am building the six string squad community to provide that same support my own students and friends.
